Battlefield

Each time I enter the quarter close in a new role/function/organisation, it's always been like being in a battlefield.

Here I go into one again, but this time will be much tougher than the rest. In fact, I'm already wounded.

I wonder if I can survive this quarter close in one piece, or perhaps I'm dead meat by then......
