I found this article via Korea Beat, and thought it was just so hilarious I had to put it up here. Sorry for the offensive word used, but according to the article, the intention was to have a 'Summer Beach Festival'. Although the management claimed that the banner was not used during the actual event, the damage has been done as Lotte is a reputable departmental store in Korea.
