I'm following American Idol once again!
Here's what I think of Round 1 of the Top 36 performance :
Jackie Tohn — Unique voice but not quite loving it.
Ricky Braddy — I like the last bit of his performance, but I already have my favourites.
Alexis Grace — Wow, amazing voice. She reminded me of Christina Aguilera.
Brent Keith — Hmm, country doesn't really appeal for me...
Stevie Wright — I thought she was promising during the auditions, but I think she chose the wrong song in this competition.
Anoop Desai — One of my favourites, but I thought his song choice was too mellow. Hope he will make it through...
Casey Carlson — Total disaster! She looks a bit like Rachel Bilson though...
Michael Sarver — I'm gunning for this roughneck but I think he may lose out to Anoop and Danny.
Ann Marie Boskovich — She's quite good but maybe not good enough?
Stephen Fowler — Forgettable performance. Maybe the judges shouldn't have given him that 2nd chance.
Tatiana Nicole Del Toro - She's so annoying during Hollywood week, but is a totally different persona during tonight's performance! Well, her singing is relatively better but I'm not sure if she'll get through tonight. Chances are, if she doesn't, she may get her chance during the Wildcard rounds due to her 'popularity'
Danny Gokey — Yay, my favourite! Go Danny!
My picks : Alexis Grace, Anoop Desai, Danny Gokey.
I'm still upset Jamar Rogers didn't made it through....
