It's Country week!
I'm not really a fan of country music, but here's my take on this week's performance :
Michael Jarver - He looks like he's having a lot of fun, although his vocals aren't that great.
Allison Iraheta - I thought it was so-so, and still trying to get used to her rocker voice
Kris Allen - I simply LOVE his performance! Totally touched my heart!
Lil Rounds - Erm, I'll pass this time around.
Adam Lambert - WHAT THE @#&$ WAS THAT??? It's not even close to country!!! And that wailing!!! Talk about reconstructing the entire song! He's has great showmanship though.
Scott MacIntyre - Nothing special about this performance. Maybe partly it's because he was placed after Adam.
Alexis Grace - It's a gentle performance but I kinda like it, except when she hit the high notes the first time...
Danny Gokey - I can feel the soulfulness of his voice, nice! But still more touched with Kris than him this round.
Anoop Desai - Wow, I agree with Simon, from zero to hero! And he definitely has some form of stage presence which makes him so likeable.
Megan Joy Corkrey - I was not really a fan of hers, but she's slowly growing on me because of her unique style. She seemed to have a cute and quirky personality due to her now-trademark shimmy.
Matt Giraud - I'm still not digging his style even though the judges are raving about his performance. Have to see how he performs the next few weeks (assuming he's still around)
