Hubby's colleague brought us some strawberries from Cameron Highlands couple of weeks back. As Cameron's strawberries are more often sour than sweet, I kept most of them in the freezer, waiting for the chance to make strawberry smoothie.
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of plain yoghurt
1/2 cup of vanilla or strawberry ice cream (I substituted with another 1/2 cup of yoghurt)
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Add all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth and thick.
Pour and serve.
I reckon it's a great breakfast drink, and can be easier to prepare compared to juices!
