Where to Eat Near Legoland Malaysia - Part 4

This post features mostly eateries located in Eco Botanic, a 10 minute drive from Legoland Malaysia. Initially I intended to publish this post some time in early 2020, as there are many more eateries opened in Eco Botanic. However, came Covid-19 pandemic, followed by Movement Control Order (MCO). I held back this posting until now as Legoland has already re-opened during this RMCO, and certainly we need to support the eateries who were badly hit by the pandemic. There are many more eateries in Eco Botanic, here are some which we tried and recommend.

Visit here for Part 1 , Part 2 and Part 3 respectively

Soon Seng Heng Peranakan Restaurant (Non-Halal)

Food : 9/10. This place serves authentic Melaka Peranakan cuisine. We love their ikan goreng, otak-otak, lady fingers with chilli, and of course cendol. Portions may be small (especially for a big family of 8 like us), but do check with the owner how their sizing, they may be able to accomodate.

Kid/Baby friendly? Yes, there is space to accomodate a stroller. Baby chairs and kids cutlery are available too. If you need a kid friendly menu, likely they will recommend the cincalok omelette and pork pongteh which is non-spicy.

Chatri Signature Thai Restaurant (Pork-Free)

Though most of the food are spicy in nature, they are able to accommodate request for non-spicy food for the kids by omitting the chilli, or putting chilli on the side. Their deep fried tofu is very delicious, no wonder it is easily the children's favourite.

This dim sum restaurant is located in the new commercial area within Horizon Hills which is relatively near to Eco Botanic.
